Performance Audits

In addition to Reserve Fund Studies, Caliburn Engineering Inc. also provides Performance Audits for new developments. The Performance Audits are usually done in conjunction with Class 1 Reserve Fund Studies. Performance Audits are completed as per the requirements of the Condominium Act and provided on DVD to the Condominium Corporation.
